The Eastern Cape is a province of South Africa. Its capital is Mthatha. It was formed in 1994 out of the "independent" homelands of Transkei and Ciskei, as well as the eastern portion of the Cape Province. Landing place and home of the 1820 settlers. It is partly the traditional home of the Xhosa, and the birthplace of many prominent South Africans, such as Nelson Mandela, Thabo Mbeki, Govan Mbheki,Chris Hani ,Steve Biko and Charles Coghlan.


The landscape is extremely diverse. The western interior is largely arid Karoo, while the east is well-watered and green. The Eastern Cape offers a wide array of attractions, including 800 km of untouched and pristine coastline along with some particularly splendid beaches, and "big-Seven" viewing in a malaria-free environment and beautiful beaches.

In the South African Boarders,It kisses the boundaries of Lesotho Kingdom, the Province of KwaZulu-Natal,the Province of the Northern and Western Cape.

This town will host one of the World Cup 2010 matches at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. With it history in hosting prestigious events,Definitely it will deliver the best through out.

This is part of the time we all met all met as Media Personnel when we all had diverse hope's and mission on this trip.





The Grahamstown National Art Festival offers diverse choice of indigenous and imported talent of Art and sparkling colourful Xhosa tradition. The Chilly weather got the media crew flashing in the loxion while interacting with the cultural style of gathering,we embraced the experience of Grahamstown People.

The glamour were also part of the prestigious event with most of the restaurants probably posing a deep question to man if they do have "LOBOLA" ?. Our culture embraces and empowers the beauty in ladies especially in their careers where they excel.

The Addo Elephant National Park its host the Africa's Big 5,The 450 majestic Elephant population gave us a surprise welcome when they block the street and greet us.




You'll be my witness when the Xhosa Traditional Dancers showcasing their talent on the street at the Festival.

The Zulu Traditional Dancers are mostly famous on their Kudu and Springbok skin wear and drums biting aggressively to be head,This was an unbelievable artistic taste of Zulu traditional Dance.
